The stars of The Low Carb Universe diabetes. will inspire and enrich your knowledge about health, wellbeing and enjoying life. The workshops are your chance to dive deeper into specific topics that interest you.

Accommodation

4 nights (check in Wednesday, check out Sunday) atHappy Tammsvik in Bro, Sweden.

Food

• Lunches: Thursday – Saturday. All meals are LCHF.
• Dinners: Wednesday – Saturday. All meals are LCHF. Friday evening is Midsummer’s eve in Sweden and we will enjoy a traditional Swedish smorgasbord. LCHF adapted, of course!
